 | Scotland | Eildon Dyer Celebrant
3. Laura & Steven (39).jpg

Whatever the occasion, my aim is to work with you to develop a ceremony that reflects you, or your loved one's life in a meaningful, creative and  respectful way.

I come from my own faith position but have worked in an interfaith capacity for many years and will reflect your spiritual viewpoints, which may be none, in any ceremony. As I am not a humanist this allows me to include prayers or blessings if you would like them.

Celebrating and marking special events has been part of my life and work for almost 40 years. Through being involved in  community development locally and internationally I have put together conferences, remembrance services, children's events and special services for Christmas and Easter. I have also organised special community memorial services for those who have passed away.

I have developed considerable experience in event management, writing scripts and public speaking which form a good basis for being a celebrant, designing and facilitating Weddings and Civil Partnerships, Renewal of Vows, Funerals and Memorials, and Baby Naming.

I am a member of the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants which provides training and a set of standards for its members.

I am based in Glasgow and will do ceremonies in and around the Scottish Central belt.
